    • Refund requests must be made within 5-7 Working days of the original purchase date.

    • Upon receipt of your refund request, our team will verify whether the software is incompatible with your PC configuration.
    • If your claim is verified and approved, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of approval.
  3. Non-Refundable Cases:
    • Refunds will not be granted if the software has been successfully installed and is functioning as intended on the customer's PC.
    • No refunds will be provided for reasons other than incompatibility with the customer's PC configuration.
